“Villanueva” literally means “New Home.” Nick Villanueva knows that well-planned property investments can make a positive impact on one’s future. With his extensive background as a former small-business entrepreneur and customer service expert, Nick provides comprehensive guidance to his clients through their biggest and most exciting financial transactions. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Business Degree in Marketing.
